Jerry S. D’Aniello Inducted into the American College of Family Trial Lawyers

Snyder Sarno D’Aniello Maceri & da Costa LLC congratulates Jerry S. D’Aniello on his induction as a Diplomate of the American College of Family Trial Lawyers (ACFTL).

Founded in 1993, ACFTL is a select group of 100 of the top family law trial lawyers nationwide.  Membership is by invitation only and is limited to the top 1% of family lawyers in each state who have practiced family law for a minimum of 20 years and are a member of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML), the preeminent national organization consisting of family law attorneys throughout the United States.  Diplomates are chosen based upon their recognized litigation skills and courtroom abilities.

A partner in the Family Law Department and managing partner of the Somerset Office, Jerry has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of divorce and family law. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Attorney and provides his clients with strong strategic legal advice and has proven to be a formidable adversary both in and out of the courtroom.  Jerry is an experienced mediator and a trained arbitrator having successfully completed the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers’ Arbitration Training Institute. 

In addition to traditional client representation in divorce litigation, Jerry is a trained Collaborative Law Attorney.

Jerry is a seasoned negotiator having successfully negotiated over a thousand agreements for his clients and in his role as a mediator. To add to the breadth of his negotiation experience, he has successfully completed the intensive interactive Program on Negotiation at Harvard School of Law.
