SSDMD Raises Awareness for Traumatic Brain Injuries
By Snyder Sarno D'Aniello Maceri & da Costa LLC on March 29, 2019
Snyder Sarno D’Aniello Maceri & da Costa LLC devotes our practices in areas we can help people navigate through difficult times in their lives. In the same spirit our firm has begun to raise funds for charities to further help the community and continually support those in need. March was Traumatic Brain Injury Awareness Month, as such SSDMD sold wrist bands to firm members, in exchange to dress casual on Fridays in March, to help raise awareness and support for a community that is extremely deserving. In total we raised $300, which has generously been matched by SSDMD, bringing the grand total to $600.
This year the Brain Injury Association of America is running a campaign called Change Your Mind, the campaign is aimed at destigmatizing brain injuries, empower those who have survived and promoting the many types of support available. Our donation will go towards bringing outreach and awareness to the cause.
“Brain injury is unpredictable in its consequences. Brain injury affects who we are and the way we think, act, and feel. It can change everything about us in a matter of seconds.” (Brain Injury Associate of America)
As March draws to a close, it is important to remember to #Changeyourmind and destigmatize those affected with Traumatic Brain Injuries.
If you or a loved one have experienced any unnecessary health complications which resulted in a TBI, please contact Paul M. da Costa, Esq. at Snyder Sarno D’Aniello Maceri & da Costa LLC. Call us today at (973)274-5200.

"I was involved in a VERY complicated and tumultuous child custody, divorce, domestic violence case for two full years. I was fortunate enough to be represented by one of the top matrimonial teams in the state of NJ, and the outcome in my case exceeded my every expectation." - Former Client"Paul personally stood by my side and represented me throughout my injury case. Whether it was business at hand, advice, or a late night phone call to help me understand what was going on; he never took a step back towards helping me. I knew that I could call on him at any time . My case was very successful and I attribute that to Paul's dedication . He even came to me during a snow storm when I could not make it to his office. I certainly would recommend him to anyone." - Former Client
