Paul da Costa to Co-Moderate 27th Annual Medical Malpractice Update

Paul M. da Costa will be co-moderator of the 27^th Annual Medical Malpractice Update program hosted by NJICLE on Saturday, November 4, 2023 from 8:55am to 1:00pm at the Law Center in New Brunswick. Paul will also be a speaker at the panel discussion/roundtable, “Lasiw v. Perreira – Discovery issues and the right of plaintiffs to inspect records” at 12:35pm. 

The 27^th annual presentation is designed for trial attorneys at every level of experience who handle medical malpractice cases or complex personal injury litigation.  The program will familiarize you with key cases that may change the way you handle your next trial and will review every published medical malpractice case decided in the past year.
