SSDMD Included in NJLJ's Personal Injury Top Awards 2023

Paul M. da Costa, Partner and head of the firm's Medical Malpractice/Personal Injury Department and his team were recognized as having one of the top 20 largest personal injury awards in the state of New Jersey as ranked by New Jersey Law Journal's "Personal Injury Top Awards 2023."

Snyder Sarno D'Aniello Maceri & da Costa LLC was recognized as being involved in this year's third largest personal injury award with a settlement totaling $16 million on behalf of 71 residents of the state of New Jersey in the second round of nursing home COVID death claims. In 2022, the firm was recognized in the New Jersey Law Journal's "Personal Injury Top Awards 2022" as being involved in the largest personal injury award totalling $52.9 million In the first claim on behalf of residents who died of COVID-19 at the Paramus and Menlo Park veterans homes. In the first claim, Paul represented 72 of the 119 cases on behalf of vetereans.
