By Paul da Costa on December 24, 2014
Keurig, the manufacturer of the popular coffee machines, has recalled a number of its devices after reports of a product defect. In particular, Keurig has received reports that the machines have a defect causing hot water to spew out of the machine during the brewing process. A number of consumers have reported burn injuries as a result.
The recall will affect Mini Plus Brewing Systems sold from 2009-2014 in the United States and Canada. In particular, systems with model number K10 and identification numbers that begin with “31” will be recalled.
