Overview

Scott D. Danaher is a partner at Sarno da Costa D’Aniello Maceri LLC and has been since January 2013. Before that, he practiced as an associate with the firm for four years. Scott has concentrated his entire legal career on divorce and other family law-related matters.

Scott was previously an associate with Weinstein Snyder Lindemann Sarno, PC, from September 2005 through September 2009. Scott served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable David J. Issenman, Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part, Union County, from 2004 to 2005.

Scott has lectured for the Volunteer Lawyers for Justice and participated in and completed the Houston Family Law Trial Institute (n/k/a The National Family Law Trial Institute) in May 2012. He has also successfully argued cases in the Appellate Division of New Jersey and has been involved in successful cases heard before the Supreme Court of New Jersey.

Although he was born and raised in New Jersey, Scott enjoys spending time in tropical places. He also enjoys most outdoor physical activities, including running and skiing.
