Paul M. da Costa is a certified civil trial attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the District of Columbia. Mr. da Costa is dedicated to providing a voice to individuals that have been the victim of medical malpractice, car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, defective products, construction accidents, sexual abuse, birth injury, brain damage, burn injuries, spinal cord injuries and wrongful death. He focuses his practice in the areas of medical malpractice, products liability, mass torts and catastrophic personal injury cases.
Daniel B. Devinney joined Snyder Sarno D’Aniello Maceri and da Costa in 2016 as an associate in our Roseland office and as of January 2018 was promoted to Counsel. Daniel is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He has experience arguing legal issues before the Appellate Division and the Supreme Court of New Jersey. As Counsel, Daniel successfully handled over a hundred cases worth millions of dollars. He has intimate knowledge of the strategy and tactics utilized by the defense to successfully defend medical malpractice claims, and will now utilize that knowledge to obtain outstanding results for injured patients.
Arnaldo J. Pacheco joined the Snyder Sarno D'Aniello Maceri & da Costa team as a paralegal in 2017 and as of May 2018 was promoted to Associate. Mr. Pacheco is a Lehigh University graduate. After Lehigh, he went on to law school at the Interamerican University- School of Law in his home state of Puerto Rico, where he earned his J.D. in 2014. During law school, Mr. Pacheco, was highly involved in trial court competitions which were a critical part in developing his trial court skills. Coming out of law school he joined one of the top medical malpractice firms in Puerto Rico, focusing his work primarily in the defense of medical malpractice claims against doctors and hospitals.
