Overview

Cynthia A. Walters is Counsel to the Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury team at Sarno da Costa D’Aniello Maceri LLC. She has an impressive track record of multimillion-dollar settlements and verdicts and has, on numerous occasions, appeared before the New Jersey State and federal appellate courts, resulting in precedent-setting decisions in the areas of products liability, medical malpractice, and automobile negligence.

Cynthia regularly shares her experiences with new lawyers as a speaker in legal seminars and also acts as an arbitrator/mediator on various personal injury matters. Cynthia’s long-standing expertise, hands-on, client-oriented approach, and reputation for success have resulted in other lawyers referring matters to her.

For over 25 years before joining our firm, Cynthia represented plaintiffs who were seriously injured as a result of product defects, birth injuries, negligent medical treatment, and automobile accidents. In her time away from practicing law, she enjoys biking, hiking, gardening, housing construction, and renovation.
